Job Title: Operations Manager OLE – LHE

Job Role: As an Operations Manager for the Ole department at Leopards Courier in Lahore, you will play a vital role in optimizing resource utilization, overseeing delivery and pickup routes, maintaining cross-functional coordination, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Optimizing capacity utilization by efficiently structuring resources for business activities.
- Constantly tracking city, geographical, and administrative structural changes to align delivery and pickup routes.
- Coordinating cross-functionally to manage functional, administrative, financial, and structural discipline across different locations.
- Ensuring the implementation and compliance of standard controls and mechanisms.
- Securing approval for OSA (Out of Station Area) and NSA (Not Served Area) delivery expenses for the area and allied stations, branches, and agents through IPCV (Internal Payment Control Voucher).
Job Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Strong operational background, with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective team and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A positive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
