Position: Fashion Designer (Casual Pret/Unstitched)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Essential Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the retail or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of colors, fashion trends, and emerging styles.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate concepts into compelling fashion designs.
Job Scope:
As a Fashion Designer at Eastgate Industries, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Research and Development: Lead the exploration of new styles and trends, driving the innovation process from ideation to execution.
- Design Management: Oversee the design lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination from conceptualization to final styling.
- Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, fabrics, and design inspirations that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to curate seasonal themes, refine product lines, and develop fresh concepts aligned with our business strategy.
- Fabric and Trim Selection: Utilize your expertise to select premium fabrics and trims that elevate the quality and aesthetic appeal of our products.
- Production Support: Create detailed production sketches and collaborate with technical designers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the development process.
