If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Graduation with relevant HSE certification and 6-8 years of experience in HSE, we encourage you to apply.
Position: Deputy Manager HSE
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Engineering or Graduation with relevant HSE certification.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in HSE.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and QLD standards.
- Strong understanding of HSE legislation and regulations.
- Ability to provide advice, support, and training to achieve HSE objectives.
- Experience in emergency response planning and incident investigation.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and develop controls to minimize occupational hazards at project and service locations.
- Monitor progress against established KPIs and support sites in meeting sustainability and HSE goals.
- Develop and implement QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures in accordance with relevant standards.
- Advise on HSE legislation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide advice, support, and training to management and workforce to achieve HSE objectives.
- Establish and update emergency response plans and arrange training for members of Incident Management Teams (IMT) and Emergency Response Teams (ERT).
- Participate in incident trend analysis and provide recommendations for improvement actions.
- Conduct project site visits and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of HSE processes and close execution gaps.
- Participate in accident investigations to ensure root cause analysis is conducted appropriately and corrective actions are implemented.
