Job Description:
Are you a seasoned Farm Manager with a passion for agriculture and a knack for effective farm management? Style Textile is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to lead the agricultural operations at our Manga, Lahore location. As a Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of farm operations, from planting to harvesting and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Scheduling: Develop and execute planting and harvesting plans and schedules. Ensure that all farm staff understand their roles and expectations to meet production targets.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive financial and production records to track farm performance and optimize resource utilization.
- Inventory Management: Regularly monitor and restock essential supplies such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm-related materials.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise farm workers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Equipment Management: Coordinate with relevant departments for the purchase, repair, and maintenance of necessary farm equipment.
- Market Sales: When necessary, take responsibility for vending organic vegetables in the market, ensuring the products meet the highest quality standards.
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in farm management and agriculture.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of organic farming practices is a plus.
