Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive – Marketing (Weaving), you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our weaving department. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Merchandising: Curate and manage a compelling range of products, ensuring they meet the market’s demands.
- Order Handling: Efficiently handle orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately processed.
- Customer Queries: Address customer queries promptly and professionally, providing updates and resolving concerns related to orders.
- Order Execution and Follow-ups: Oversee the execution of orders, ensuring timely delivery, and conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide insightful reports and analytics on marketing and sales performance.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, keeping processes aligned with legal standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: BS Textile Engineering (Weaving/Textile Processing) / MBA (Marketing).
- Experience: Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of textile processes (spinning, weaving, processing).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
