Role and Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Executive at KFC Karachi, you will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence. Here are the key responsibilities:
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles to ensure the integrity of food transportation.
- Material Inspection: Daily inspection of incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Pest Management: Monitor and lead integrated pest management activities to ensure a pest-free environment.
- Food Safety Audits: Ensure compliance with food safety audits, maintaining Yum Audit checklist and documentation daily.
- Packaging Evaluation: Conduct evaluations of packaging products against brand standards and specifications, coordinating with suppliers in case of non-compliance.
- Cold Supply Chain: Evaluate the cold supply chain from dispatch to delivery and conduct visits to KFC restaurants.
- Employee Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and food safety. Assist the regional QA Manager in training employees required for audits.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of QA experience in a related industry.
- Graduate in Food Science & Technology.
- Certification/knowledge on Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
