Key Responsibilities:
As a Relationship Officer in the Personal Loan department, you will be responsible for:

- Providing guidance and assistance to customers throughout the loan application process, including document collection and verification.
- Collaborating with internal teams to expedite loan processing and ensure timely disbursal of funds.
- Proactively following up with customers to maintain engagement and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the Personal Loan department.
