Position Title: Executive – HR Operations
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA-HRM from a reputable University.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives & systems to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Provide counseling to employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and adherence.
- Ensure the timely initiation of the probation cycle and compile and present information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
- Coordinate with respective line managers to execute the employee recognition program monthly, gathering feedback and nominations.
- Organize employee engagement activities as directed by the Line Manager, fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in managing disciplinary and grievance issues, maintaining fairness and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee employee attendance and leave management in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of management and HR staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Undertake any other relevant tasks as instructed by the Line Manager.
