Job Title: Head of Data Analytics – Karachi

Job Role: As the Head of Data Analytics at Leopards Courier in Karachi, you will lead the charge in leveraging data to drive insights and decisions. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of data analytics, including Power BI reporting, data integration, dataset and pipeline management, data security and governance, cloud computing, Azure network administration, SQL server administration, and more. This role plays a pivotal part in harnessing data to enhance our operations and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to extract actionable insights.
- Manage Business Intelligence (BI) data integration, dataset creation, and pipeline development.
- Implement data security and governance protocols.
- Oversee Power BI services, including auditing, user roles, authorization, and invoicing.
- Handle cloud computing tasks, focusing on Azure network drive management, virtualization, and automation.
- Administer SQL server databases, perform maintenance, optimize performance, and manage recovery models.
- Define and maintain SQL server database architecture.
- Develop SQL server Integration Services (SSIS) solutions.
Job Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, including SSIS and database architecture.
- Experience with VMWare virtualization, particularly in QAS (Quality Assurance System) environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and presentation skills.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
Experience Required:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics and related fields.
