As a Key Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in the fast-paced and dynamic field of key account management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Regularly visit key clients to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with key clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, such as sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management team on key account performance and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in key account management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Willingness to work in Islamabad, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
