Job Description:
As an Executive – Housekeeping, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. Here’s what the job entails:
- Assigning Duties: You will be responsible for assigning duties to housekeeping staff and ensuring that work is carried out according to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Inventory Management: Regularly check inventories to ensure that adequate supplies are available to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Handling Complaints: Investigate and address complaints regarding housekeeping services and equipment, and assist the line manager in implementing corrective actions.
- Facility Inspections: Conduct inspections of all facility areas to identify the need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and make recommendations to management accordingly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of work assignments, time records, and prepare periodic reports to track housekeeping activities and performance.
Ideal Profile:
- Graduation degree.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping.
