Job Role: As the DGM in Printing for Knitwear, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of printing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Project Prioritization: Strategically prioritize printing projects based on timelines and production capacity, ensuring efficient workflow.
2. Quality Assurance: Regularly review printed fabrics to guarantee color accuracy, pattern alignment, and overall print quality.
3. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any printing defects or issues that may arise during production, maintaining high standards of output.
4. Design Compliance: Review design specifications and requirements to ensure accurate and high-quality printing output.
5. Equipment Calibration: Oversee the calibration of printing equipment, contributing to the smooth and precise operation of machinery.
