Are you an experienced professional in sourcing and supply chain management within the apparel industry? ShafiTexcel is seeking a dynamic Deputy Manager to join our team and drive fabric sourcing initiatives.
Job Description
As the Deputy Manager Sourcing (Apparel), you will play a pivotal role in fabric costing, handloom/lab dips processing, sample and bulk fabric coordination, and supplier payment management. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting fabric costing for various types including Greige, PFGD, Yarn Dyed, and Printing.
- Managing handlooms/lab dips processing according to customer tech packs and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinating with Yarn Dyeing, Weaving, and Processing teams for sample and bulk fabric production.
- Arranging lab or yarn dips promptly for approval and conducting swatch analysis.
- Ensuring supplier payments are processed on time and coordinating for quality-related issues across teams.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BS. Hons/BS. Textile) or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sourcing and supply chain roles within the apparel industry.
