Ltd. is currently seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team and oversee quality control in our finishing department. Qualifications:
- We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
- Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on finishing processes. This experience equips candidates with the skills and expertise needed to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Location:
- The position is based in Korangi, Karachi, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant industrial hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the quality control process in the finishing department, ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
