Position: Deputy Manager Projects

Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of Project Management Techniques.
Overall Responsibilities: As a Deputy Manager Projects at Engro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Activity and resource planning to optimize project performance.
- Controlling project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Managing unidentified and unanticipated project risks.
- Identifying risks during project execution and promptly alerting relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing necessary changes.
- Developing and securing approval for essential project documentation.
- Compiling project reports and reporting problems to management.
- Ensuring projects adhere to best practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Project Management Office (PMO) guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including project personnel, vendors, and end-users, to meet project requirements.
- Assisting in the establishment of a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects.
