Role Overview:

As the Deputy Manager Mechanical Workshops, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of mechanical operations within our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of mechanical workshops, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing a team of skilled technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support to achieve operational targets.
  • Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance of machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical issues and coordinating with relevant departments to address technical challenges.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Collaborating with procurement and inventory teams to manage spare parts and equipment supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
