Deputy Manager – Lahore

This pivotal role involves managing the WIP department and ensuring the seamless execution of production schedules from inception to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

As the Deputy Manager (Production), you will report directly to the Head of Production, taking charge of various aspects of the production process. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

1. Job Scheduling and Time Management: You will be responsible for creating comprehensive time and action calendars for each order, meticulously planning from the initial cut to the final packaging stage.
2. Representation in Production Planning Meetings: Actively participate in production planning meetings, representing the production department and ensuring alignment with category requirements.
3. Process Flow Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the process flow for each order, ensuring clarity and efficiency in execution.
4. Daily Reporting and Issue Resolution: Generate and circulate daily reports, highlighting production status and addressing any concerns or exceptions that may arise.
5. Coordination with IE Team: Maintain close coordination with the Industrial Engineering team to ensure accurate reporting of production data and adherence to efficiency standards.
6. Regular Updates to HOD: Provide daily updates to the Head of Production, keeping them informed of progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan.
7. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Foster strong relationships with teams across departments, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration to achieve production targets.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile or Industrial Engineering from a reputable institution.

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant capacity within a well-reputed organization.
