Position: Team Lead GGT

Job Responsibilities & Skills:

As the Team Lead GGT at Beechtree, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities including:

• Digital Pattern Making and Marker Making: Proficiency in digital pattern making and marker making using Gerber Garment Technology software.
• Correspondence with Merchandisers: Liaise with merchandisers regarding specifications and patterns, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Technical Correspondence: Handle technical correspondence for sampling, cutting, and stitching departments, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Buyer Correspondence: Interact with buyers regarding sampling and production patterns, addressing queries and ensuring timely delivery of requirements.
• CAD System Maintenance: Maintain and update the CAD system, including plotters and digitizers, ensuring software and hardware are up-to-date and functional.
• Pattern Grading and Amendments: Oversee pattern grading, amendments, and cutting plans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the production process.
• Supervision and Leadership: Supervise pattern department subordinates, providing guidance on technical matters and overseeing software and hardware maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduation degree required.
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in digital pattern making software, specifically Gerber Garment Technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
