As the Deputy Manager Functional EBS, you will be an integral part of our Management Information Systems (MIS) department, contributing to the optimization of business processes and ensuring seamless operations through Oracle EBS modules.
Job Description:
In this role, you will dive into the heart of our business operations, analyzing existing processes, gathering requirements, and configuring Oracle EBS modules to align with our evolving needs. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Analyzing Business Processes: Understanding the intricacies of our organizational workflows and identifying areas for improvement through Oracle EBS integration.
- Configuration and Development: Configuring Oracle EBS modules and developing packages and scripts to streamline and enhance business processes.
- Optimization and Support: Providing ongoing support to ensure the optimal utilization of Oracle EBS, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions for efficient operations.
- Interface Design: Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement interfaces between Oracle EBS and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
- Customization and User Experience: Customizing Oracle forms and personalizing user interfaces to enhance the overall user experience and usability of the system.
Person Specifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- ACCA (Member/Affiliate): A professional qualification in ACCA membership or affiliate status.
- Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an Oracle EBS functional consultant role, demonstrating a deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules and their application in business environments.
