Job Description:
As the Manager Internal Audit, you will orchestrate the entire audit cycle, ensuring meticulous attention to risk management, control effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive audits to evaluate operational effectiveness and financial reliability.
- Crafting and presenting an annual internal audit plan, aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinating audit assignments while fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including administrators, staff, external auditors, and law enforcement agencies.
- Analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, previous reports, and payments to ensure adherence to defined authority matrices.
Person Specifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA certified.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience spanning 3-5 years, showcasing leadership and strategic oversight.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a keen eye for detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
