Job Title: Manager Administration

Location: Sunder Industrial Area, Lahore

Job Overview

As the Manager Administration, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the mill. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing administrative staff, and implementing efficient administrative systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Management: Oversee the daily administrative operations of the mill, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the maintenance and security of the mill’s facilities, coordinating with relevant departments and external vendors as needed.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration, addressing any administrative issues that arise.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative problems and issues promptly, implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency.
