Position: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager Merchandising (Knits Business)
Essential Competencies:
- Good knowledge of the Knits Business, including product development, customer feedback, and relevant R&D.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to work directly with brands and buyers.
- Capability to independently handle sampling inquiries and communicate effectively with buyers.
- Strong understanding of costing and material consumption in the textile industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working in an ERP environment.
Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:
- Planning and developing merchandising strategies for the Knits Business segment.
- Handling queries from relevant departments and brands during the development stage.
- Managing interlining testing, physical testing of fabric and garments.
- Overseeing production planning and execution activities.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the textile industry.
- B.Sc in Textile Engineering or Business Graduate from an HEC recognized institute.

This position is based in Faisalabad, a vibrant city known for its textile industry.
