Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare seasonal and general collections for our European customers, ensuring high-quality denim products.
- Execute the entire development process from concept to finished product independently.
- Formulate and execute washing recipes to achieve desired finishes and effects.
- Collaborate and coordinate with counterparts in different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Stay updated on the latest laundry techniques and sustainability practices, implementing them as necessary.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Textile Chemistry or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Denim Product Development with a relevant customer base.
- Females are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
