Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with customers in online communities such as forums and social media platforms.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage online reputation by addressing negative feedback and fostering positive experiences.
  • Moderate discussions to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
  • Answer inbound calls, listen attentively to customer concerns, and provide accurate solutions.
  • Make outbound calls for specific campaigns or follow-up purposes as required.
  • Utilize CRM system to document interactions and track resolutions.
  • Adhere to call scripts and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams to improve products and services.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience ideally in a BPO call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and navigate difficult conversations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
  • Experience with online communities and social media engagement is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
