Position: Customer Service Executive (Female)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration (BBA).
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage all incoming messages and direct messages (DMs) effectively.
- Oversee and manage all content, marketing campaigns, and social media pages.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Maintain flexibility in handling various departmental responsibilities as needed.
Location:
- Lahore (Candidates must be based in Lahore)
