Customer Experience Executive

As a Customer Experience Executive at Sapphire, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Here’s a glimpse into what the role entails:


  • Respond to customer queries promptly and effectively through various channels including phone, email, social media, and chat applications.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and timely manner, adhering to defined timelines and parameters.
  • Monitor and analyze customer experiences across online and offline channels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Keep customers informed about new product features, functionalities, and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and preferences, taking necessary steps to maintain positive relationships and foster customer loyalty.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging CRM technologies to continuously improve service delivery and customer engagement.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of language and grammar.
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent qualification.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications is desirable.
