Join Our Information Technology Team at Sapphire Retail – Network Administrator Position
About Us: Are you ready to be a part of an innovative and dynamic Information Technology team? Sapphire Retail is seeking skilled professionals to join us as we continue to excel in our industry. We are currently hiring for the position of Network Administrator.
Position: Network Administrator Location: Sapphire Retail Head Office, Lahore
Responsibilities: As a Network Administrator at Sapphire Retail, you will be responsible for a range of key IT tasks, including:
- Installation and maintenance of server machines in the IT server room.
- Management and maintenance of the IT Support Helpdesk system.
- Setup and management of SMTP Virtual Server on Windows Server 2012 R2.
- Handling the management of UniFi Wireless Controller and APS.
- Overseeing NMS, LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN Management, ISP’s Internet Connections, Remote Sites connectivity, and IT Support.
- Managing Windows Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Print server management.
- Basic configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Cisco Switches.
- Setting up and configuring NVRS IP Cameras.
- Providing installation and support experience for Retail POS Machines (experience is a plus).
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT administration and network management.
- A degree in BS IT or equivalent. Retail experience will be a plus point.
- Proficiency in server installation, network management, and IT support practices.
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2012 R2, UniFi Wireless Controller, Cisco Switches, and IP Cameras.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle technical challenges effectively.
