Position: Senior Manager Sustainability Number of Positions: 1 Location: Lahore
Job Description:
- Establish, implement, and maintain Health and Safety (H&S) systems in accordance with buyer’s standards and local laws.
- Develop, issue, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures for H&S protocols as per buyer’s requirements.
- Oversee the installation and functionality of Fire Detection and Prevention Systems.
- Represent the factory during internal and external H&S audits.
- Develop training plans and monitor their execution, addressing the needs of company employees and sustainability staff.
- Drive continuous improvement for a safe working environment.
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Environmental Engineering/Sciences or related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in sustainability and H&S management.
