As a Counselor in Terminal Customer Services, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers at the LHE Airport, ensuring their needs are met and assisting them in various aspects of their journey. Your role will involve direct interaction with passengers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth and pleasant airport experience.
