📌 Position Overview

Role Title: Call Center Counselor
Location: Islamabad Corporate Headquarters
Position Type: Full-Time

As a Call Center Counselor, you will be at the forefront of Airblue’s customer service operations, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests from passengers. You will play a key role in ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with Airblue’s service standards.


🎓 Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role (prior experience in a call center will be preferred).
  • Age:
    • 22-28 years.

As a Call Center Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing information, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns.
  • Managing customer complaints and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with customers by providing prompt and clear assistance.
  • Following the company’s guidelines for call management, including call duration, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Working in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 customer support.
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
