Qualifications and Experience: To qualify for this role, you must possess:
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- A robust background with at least 10 years of experience in credits within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities: As a Cluster Head – SME, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing leadership and motivation to Team Leaders (TLs) and their teams, driving them to achieve assigned targets and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding compliance standards.
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, thereby identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and service improvement.
