Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Sales or Customer Service.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Additional qualifications in Islamic Finance will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Meezan Bank’s digital transformation and customer engagement strategies:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers at the Meezan Digital Center.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients while managing and retaining existing ones.
  • Digital Product Advocacy: Actively promote and support business development initiatives for Meezan Bank’s digital products and services.
  • Complaint Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments to address and resolve customer complaints within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT), adhering to both Meezan Bank’s and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines.
