Are you an accomplished financial leader with a track record of strategic financial management? MASTER GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide financial stewardship and strategic direction for our organization. As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future and driving sustainable growth.
Role Description:
- Financial Stewardship: Maintain the integrity of company assets through sound financial management and internal controls.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Provide strategic advice to the management team on both short-term and long-term financial objectives.
- Policy Implementation: Approve and implement policies and procedures that enhance the efficiency and control of financial transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver timely and cost-effective financial and management reports that inform decision-making.
- Cost Control: Initiate and oversee cost control measures to optimize resource utilization.
- Financial Programs: Develop, coordinate, and evaluate financial programs, including budgeting, tax planning, and asset conservation.
- Finance & Accounts Oversight: Manage Finance & Accounts operations, lead budget preparation, and oversee audit processes.
- Opportunity Analysis: Analyze company operations to identify new growth opportunities.
- Economic Trends: Monitor long-range economic trends and project the company’s prospects for future growth.
- Corporate Financial Planning: Take charge of corporate financial planning activities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, conducting variance analysis.
- Funds and Treasury Management: Manage funds and treasury functions while ensuring compliance with Group policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in a senior financial leadership role.
- MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
