To further enhance our team, we’re seeking a dynamic Merchandiser specialized in Home Textiles to join us at our Lahore Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Merchandiser in Home Textiles at Sapphire, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and maintaining the high standards we’re known for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supplier Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with our suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards, thereby upholding Sapphire’s commitment to quality and legality.
- Customer and Stakeholder Feedback: Actively gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to incorporate into our processes and improve overall satisfaction.
- Production Schedule Coordination: Working closely with production teams to coordinate schedules and ensure efficient workflow from procurement to delivery.
- Order Management: Managing orders from purchase order (PO) to execution, optimizing processes to minimize time and costs effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in BBA, Textile Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Home Textile industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for crunching numbers and interpreting data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Critical thinking ability, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with a strong grasp of analytical tools and techniques.
