Position: Associate Manager Sales Operations

Job Description:
- Sales Forecasting: Contribute to the creation of sales forecasts, targets, and budgets by analyzing market trends and historical data.
- Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance sales processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to provide valuable insights into performance trends, market dynamics, and product demand.
- Order Coordination: Work closely with sales teams to ensure timely order placement in alignment with minimum stock levels.
- Inventory Management: Monitor sales pipelines and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Data Utilization: Utilize tools such as SAP, Sales FLO, Power BI, and data analytics to monitor and optimize sales activities.
- Incentive Management: Manage the disbursement of sales team and distributor incentives according to established guidelines and performance metrics.
- Trade Offer Management: Facilitate adjustments to distributor’s trade offers and incentives, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Location: Karachi
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
