Position: Associate Manager – Production Planning Location: Head Office, Karachi
Requirements:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in FMCG.
Responsibilities:
- Production Reporting:
- Provide regular reports on the production status and address any production-related issues to the management.
- Production Planning:
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Resource Allocation:
- Assign equipment, materials, and manpower required to comply with the production plan.
- Analysis and Forecasting:
- Analyze data to anticipate necessary production changes, utilizing rolling sales forecasts.
- Cost Estimates:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and equipment required in the production process.
- Quality Control:
- Oversee quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Project Status Updates:
- Keep the Production Manager informed about the status of ongoing projects.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Liaise and coordinate production activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management to ensure efficient production processes.
