The Associate Manager Planning role is based in the vibrant city of Karachi.

Job Description: As an Associate Manager Planning, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless execution of export orders and optimizing our planning strategies. Key responsibilities include:

1. Order Confirmation: Verify and confirm the correctness of export orders, ensuring product availability aligns with confirmed dates. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to address issues related to Import Bills (IB).
2. Specialized Export Orders: Plan and coordinate specialized export orders, collaborating with production and the master planner to ensure Export SKU readiness. Develop vendors for export packaging materials and oversee procurement.
3. MRP Execution: Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP, and drive it in Excel if necessary. Support the Manager Material Planning in material planning, including Purchase Requisition (PR) creation, monthly supplies tracking, and follow-ups.
4. Performance Analysis: Analyze the monthly Runway Sales Forecast (RSF) of IB against actual orders received. Highlight variances and provide direction for improving forecast accuracy.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, particularly linked to export operations. Support the Manager Material Planning in developing and executing liquidation plans.
6. KPI Development: Develop and circulate Planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a defined frequency, providing insights into planning efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering/BBA/MBA.
• International Supply Chain certification will be a plus.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience in MRP (Excel & SAP based), export orders planning, packaging vendor development, and procurement.
