Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager (Cutting) at Nishat Linen, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth execution of cutting processes. Here’s a glimpse of what the role involves:

1. Work Scheduling and Workflow Management:
   • Plan work schedules to maintain an efficient workflow.
   • Implement best practices to optimize cutting operations.
2. Order Execution:
   • Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method in executing orders to minimize Work in Progress (WIP).
   • Receive orders from PPC (Production Planning and Control) in alignment with capacity and cutting flow.
3. Exception Reporting and Resolution:
   • Timely report and resolve exceptions in the cutting process.
4. Fabrics Consumption Control:
   • Exercise control over fabrics consumption according to the plan to optimize resources.
5. Stitching Feeding Coordination:
   • Ensure stitching feeding aligns with the line plan, maintaining a synchronized production process.

Minimum Educational Requirement:

• Graduation Degree from a well-reputed university.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 03 years of experience in a relevant capacity in a well-reputed organization.
