Job Role Overview
As the Assistant Manager Stitching Quality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our garment production processes adhere to strict quality standards. Your responsibilities will include reviewing garment technical specifications, monitoring production operations, analyzing quality audit reports, and implementing corrective actions to maintain product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-production Review: Review garment tech packs and critical-to-quality (CTQ) operations before and during production.
- First Bundle Follow-Up: Monitor and report on the first bundle of garments to ensure adherence to styling and measurement standards.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Analyze and review QA audit reports, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) promptly.
- Training and Communication: Communicate quality standard operating procedures (SOPs) to all stakeholders and ensure adherence to DHU (Defective per Hundred Units) tolerance levels.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the garment industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
