Position Overview
Role: Executive Coordinator
Education: Graduation/Masters or Equivalent
Location: Lahore
Experience: 3-5 years in a reputed fashion brand
Essential Requirements
- Fashion Industry Experience: You should have 3-5 years of prior experience in a respected fashion brand.
- Process Knowledge: A solid understanding of fashion industry processes including design, sampling, production, and warehouse management is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Coordination Abilities: Excellent coordination skills to liaise effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
Job Scope
As an Executive Coordinator at Eastgate Industries, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting higher management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operations Management: Ensure the efficacy of daily operations and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Issue Resolution: Address highlighted issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
- SOP Implementation: Collaborate with department heads to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently implemented.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management to support organizational objectives.
