Position Overview
Role: Senior HR Specialist (Assistant Manager) – Talent Acquisition
Location: Lahore
Experience: 3-4 years in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote MCB Islamic Bank as an employer of choice.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; additional certifications in HR will be a plus.
