Ismail Industries Ltd (IIL) was incorporated in 1989 as a Public Limited Company and is the largest confectionery company in Pakistan. The company initially manufactured high quality of sugar confectionery products under the brand name of CandyLand. In CandyLand, the categories covered Candies, Jellies, Bubble Gums, Toffees, Chew Toffees, Lollipops, Chocolates and Marshmallows. Ismail Industries Limited, a leading manufacturing company, is currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting various operational and administrative functions within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Monitor and track progress on assigned projects and tasks.
- Assist in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Support the manager in managing budgets and financial activities.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
