About Us: Sapphire, a leading name in the fashion retail industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Manager for Customer Excellence to join our Retail Operations Team. We are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences, and we’re looking for a dynamic individual to help drive our customer-centric initiatives forward.
Position: Assistant Manager Customer Excellence (Retail Stores)
Responsibilities:
- Implement the Customer Experience (CX) strategy across our retail stores.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Operations Team to execute customer experience initiatives.
- Identify gaps in the current customer experience and propose strategies for improvement.
- Monitor and enhance customer experience Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead and train the Customer Experience Team in our stores.
- Conduct store visits to ensure effective implementation of CX interventions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer experiences and prepare insightful reports.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the fashion retail sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Retail experience is a definite plus.
- Demonstrated willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
