Position: Assistant Manager Communications
Key Responsibilities:
As Assistant Manager Communications at Sapphire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s voice and identity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Craft compelling and brand-aligned copy for various communication channels, including press releases, website content, social media posts, and internal communications.
- Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to create brand collateral, social media posts, and newsletters that resonate with our audience.
- Agency Coordination: Write agency briefs and storyboards, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Documentation: Create literature and process flows for different departments, providing on-ground support whenever required.
- Website Maintenance: Regularly update the company website with relevant content, news, and announcements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, visual arts, or journalism.
- Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, and experience working on websites (WordPress or similar).
