Job Description:

As the Assistant Manager Administration, you will play a vital role in overseeing general administration activities within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Line Manager in managing overall administrative functions and operations.
  • Providing regular reports to the Line Manager on the status of administrative activities.
  • Participating in the development of plans and strategies to achieve organizational targets and improvements.
  • Creating individual action plans and targets for team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintaining contact with clients and customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to budgetary controls.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with suppliers and clients to foster collaboration and mutual success.
  • Taking ownership of allocated workload and meeting targets as agreed with the Line Manager.

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Extrovert and Good Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Employee Engagement & Conflict Management: Skills in fostering employee engagement and resolving conflicts proactively.


  • Education: BBA/MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in admin operation management.
