Position Overview: As the Assistant Manager – Accounts Receivable at Union Fabrics, you will be at the forefront of managing the financial aspects of sales recovery and customer accounts. Your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless flow of financial transactions, and your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Supervision of Day-to-Day Sales Recovery:
   • Oversee the daily activities related to sales recovery, ensuring timely and efficient processes.
2. Reconciliation of Customer’s Accounts:
   • Conduct thorough reconciliation of customer accounts, proactively settling any disputes that may arise.
3. Preparation of Receivables Aging:
   • Prepare and maintain a receivables aging report, facilitating effective follow-ups for payments.
4. Financial Record Keeping:
   • Book daily deposits and arrange Customer Payment Receipts (CPRs) promptly.
   • Manage the booking of import and export clearances, as well as utility bills.
5. Analytical Skills and Deadline Management:
   • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, being a self-initiator capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
6. SAP Expertise:
   • A working exposure to SAP is considered an added advantage for this role.

Qualifications: To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:

• Education: Graduation/Professional Qualification in Finance or related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing/Textile sector is preferred.
