Job Overview
As an Assistant E&I Supervisor III, you will play a vital role in maintaining electrical and instrumentation systems at our Port Qasim site. Your responsibilities will include performing daily maintenance tasks, executing preventive maintenance (PM) plans, managing contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and documenting maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance tasks as assigned, ensuring timely execution with quality.
- Create and manage job orders from notification to closure in the system.
- Execute PM jobs as per plan and ensure quality preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Manage contractors to safely and efficiently execute maintenance jobs.
- Develop and update maintenance procedures as needed.
- Conduct safety talks and contribute to safety improvement initiatives.
- Train peers on critical maintenance work and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for planned and unplanned equipment maintenance.
- Initiate material issuance requests for maintenance activities and maintain record-keeping.
- Administer direct reports and take necessary actions for conduct and compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electrical.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems.
- Experience with SAP, Opera, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
