Job Description:
As a Network Administrator at SUZUKI, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and security of our network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of network administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and security of LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewall, Routers, switches, Unified Wireless Controller, and Wireless AP’s. Additionally, you will be responsible for network device configuration, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Monitoring and ensuring the security of LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewall, Routers, switches, Unified Wireless Controller, and Wireless AP’s.
- Configuration and management of Cisco L3 Switches.
- Advanced knowledge of Routing & Switching Protocols, VLANs, Unified Wireless LAN, NGFW UTM Firewalls, and Load Balancers.
- Familiarity with Windows Servers, System Center, Data Center Management, and End-Point Security Systems.
- Planning and scheduling network maintenance and upgrades.
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement strategic network improvements.
- Effective communication and presentation of network-related information.
- Creativity in problem-solving and troubleshooting network issues.
Qualifications:
- MCS/MS/BCS/BS in a relevant field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in network administration.
- Up to 38 years of age.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong planning and scheduling abilities.
- Strategic thinking to align network infrastructure with business goals.
- Teamwork and collaboration within a diverse IT department.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in delivering effective presentations.
