Position: Area Sales Manager
Job Description:
As an Area Sales Manager at Hilal Foods, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the team in deploying strategies and executing plans to address local business needs while training and motivating the team to achieve their sales targets.
- Ensuring the delivery of volume and value targets assigned to the team by identifying gaps and prospective customers.
- Monitoring and evaluating the distributor’s ROI on a monthly basis.
- Managing the required days of inventory at all distributors to ensure smooth secondary operations.
- Driving productivity optimization and motivation for TSES/TSOS/FSOS through daily interaction, weekly meetings, and setting smooth operating procedures.
- Leading and guiding the team to manage distributions to improve and/or maintain Retail & Wholesale Split.
Location: Peshawar
Qualification:
- Graduate from an accredited university
Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry
