Soorty Organic Cotton Initiative, SOCI, is Soorty’s recent venture into organic cotton farming. Covering 1000 farmers, SOCI will not only build capacity for organic cotton, but also enhance livelihoods through financial inclusion, women vocational training and access to clean water. NASDA Green Energy limited is Soorty Group’s venture into wind power. Starting September 2021, this will produce 50 MW of renewable energy for evacuation through the national grid to unelectrified rural neighborhoods.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager (AM) Compliance to join our dynamic team in Karachi, Pakistan.
Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and experienced AM Compliance to support and enhance our commitment to sustainable and responsible operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the field and a deep understanding of compliance standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of compliance strategies.
- Oversee compliance activities, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain and improve compliance standards.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation.
- Stay updated on evolving compliance laws and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a compliance role.
- Profound knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
